Can doctors actually run Google Ads?

Yes — under certain conditions. Germany's Medical Advertising Law (Heilmittelwerbegesetz, HWG) permits advertising for medical services but prohibits misleading health claims and sensational statements. We know the rules precisely and design your ads to be legally compliant, so you don't risk warnings or account suspensions. Similar regulations exist in Austria (Ärztegesetz) and Switzerland — we handle all three.

What about GDPR and health data in tracking?

We set up GDPR-compliant tracking (server-side tagging, proper consent management) that doesn't transmit sensitive health data to Google or other tools. Your patient data stays protected while you still get reliable conversion data. GDPR applies across the entire EU, so this standard works regardless of which country your practice is in.

Do you have experience with both public and private practice doctors?

Yes, we work with both. The approaches differ significantly: public-insurance doctors have different goals than private-practice physicians. We understand both business models and tailor the strategy accordingly.
